We had settled on a bed with a different retailer, gone to have a coffee before commiting or go back to the other company we had found a bed in when we stumbled across your store. We are mighty pleased we did. Tora (Victoria) at your Colchester store asked if we wanted any help and we told her what our requirements were.Suggested we try your bed that does the sleep survey. Both my husband and I sleep very differently so it was important this bed suited us both. We tried about 6 mattresses of varying prices, before narrowing it down to 2 before making our decision. There was quite a bit of difference between the price of the final 2 and what we liked is we wasn't pressured into choosing the most expensive even though it was that one we finally chose. Tora was extremely knowledgeable about the product, she listened well to everything we said. Refreshments offered. From walking in to completing our order it was seamless and professional. I would also like to say what an asset that young lady is to your business as I hope she either gets to see this or somebody tells her because she deserves it. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.

From start to finish our experience with the staff was excellent. No hard sell giving us plenty of time to try each product. Great knowledge and advice meant we were able to make our purchase without fear of making a mistake. We have used Dreams before so we will be back again.
