The moment we entered the Store Manager greeted us and escorted us to the sleep machine to find out what mattress I needed! Very pleasant and polite, he definitely seemed to know his stuff!

Upon walking in the door the lady who served us greeted us instantly and asked if we needed any help, we explained the situation and she was straight away on it. She set us up on the mattress finder machine and found us a mattress within our budget and also one for our daughter. I think the whole process took under half an hour which was great as we had popped in mid way through clearing our property so were short on time.

We was given loads of time and attention, to insure our visit and experience was the very best, we felt our needs was put at tora’s top priority she double checked every thing and made sure we was happy and didn’t miss a thing, she even went to the length of making us a hot drink. We was very happy and would recommend to other about visiting.

Have always purchased from Dreams Company Amanda assisted in my purchase and very helpful from start to finish …my purchase was within budget and not at any point did she try to sell a more expensive product which was refreshing ….a few hours later I added a bedside table to order and was dealt with on phone by Tony which was sorted brilliantly. Lady just there was a young girl working there and I was watching and listening to her with other customers … without doubt a future store manager in making… very professional and polite Thanks Mike

Amanda was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable about the products and in no way pushy. Offered us time to make up our minds and gave good advice on the options available to us.

I went in to browse on Saturday and a lovely lady Eve asked what I was looking for and I told her, she directed me to the type of bed that would suit my needs. There was no pressure to buy (which I find really off putting) there was £300 off the bed till Tuesday and after having spoken to my husband I went back in Sunday, found Eve and bought the bed. It was super quick and being delivered in a couple of weeks. She very easily explained the bed comes with 1 year warranty but for £65 extra it’s covered for 8 years so I added that on too. I wasn’t planning on buying a bed but I’m so pleased I went in and she understood what I was looking for and needing.

Amanda was great she gave us a gd choice after going on the bedmatch and gave us good advice. She wasn’t pushing us to buy and we ended up getting a frame and mattress only went in for mattress.

Tony was very helpful. He showed us different beds, we tried them out, no pressure to make a decision. As we were wearing face coverings, we were pleased that Tony did as well. Everything was thoroughly explained. Overall a very good shopping experience.
