Dreams - Doncaster

My disabled wife has been advised by an occupational health lady to obtain a new bed to overcome the physical problem she has in getting in and out of the old one. My wife explained the problem to your representative Sterling. He enabled her to arrive at the best choice after trying various beds. The Tempura Cloud Elite. At no time did Sterling pressure us to buy but enabled me to feel I had made the right choice. Cannot wait for it to arrive. Sorry I timed out earlier.

I’ve been struggling to find where I place my review as using my phone. I can’t thank the lady at the Doncaster Danum store on York rd enough! I think her name was Julie such a lovely attentive lady she did all she could to help us so friendly and brilliant service from walking in until walking out. We will be visiting her again soon for a new mattress for our sons room next. Thank you Julie (hope I’ve remembered correctly was a few weeks since we were in if I’m wrong apologies 🙈) Laura & Lee x

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The 'Sleepmatch' system helped us find the best type of bed for us, easily. The staff listened to our opinions and quickly came back with alternatives to suit us better.

My sales assistant (Julie) at the Doncaster branch on York Road was extremely attentive, helpful and patient. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and what price I was looking to pay. Julie also offered me a hot drink and recommended I take part in the sleep match study to help me find the perfect mattress for me! Her colleagues were lovely too. I cannot recommend Dreams enough. Fantastic service!
