Friendly team member, (Julie) who actually listened to what we needed and changed selection which we were offered in conjunction with sleep test results. We were given the space we needed to make our decision without pressure.

Customer service very good Highly satisfied with Customer service Our dreams salesman even allowed my wife to use the computer assisted bed To ensure we gotbthe right mattress Very satisfied in general apart from delivery timescale Was told and emailed upto 5 days Then received a text to say 8 days Bit that was only hiccup Thanks again The Dream Team

The gentleman we dealt with, wasn’t a pushy salesman and was very helpful with his advice and recommended putting us on the science of sleep machine. He was brilliant.

The lady that serves us was very friendly, knowledgeable and could not have done more! We are sure we have found the perfect mattress!! And even though we couldn’t get our first choice of colour delivered quickly she found us a great alternative with a quick delivery.
