Friendly staff, good choice

We were left to take a look around by ourselves before we were approached by the staff to see if we needed any assistance. We were then given all the help we asked for by knowledgeable staff and so we were able to purchase with confidence.

The assistant Julie was excellent . Assisted us but with no pressure . Gave us time to think and was very attentive to our teenage daughter who the mattress was for . Excellent service from her .

We went in to select a new bed and mattress, we were greeted when we arrived in a very friendly and unobtrusive way! We were offered refreshments, and then left to browse on our own as this is what we desired! When we were ready we indicated which bed, mattress and headboard we wanted and the member of staff was incredibly helpful and efficient in completing our order
