Dreams - Doncaster

The sales woman (Sharon from the Doncaster store) was extremely helpful and patient. We are not bed specialists and her knowledge was excellent. She was very patient in looking at different options and very friendly making us feel welcome. We also tried the mattress matcher which was really good. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly, have good knowledge of the products and are willing to spend enough time with you to make the right purchase. There is absolutely no pressure at all to buy anything. This was the second time we have visited Dreams and would certainly do so again.

Our situation was a bit unique. We moved back to the UK recently, quite short notice, and have nothing. We needed mattresses asap for our move to our new home on the 2nd of January. We went to the York Road, Doncaster store and Emily (with the cool purple hair) could not have done more for us. She was friendly, chatty, helpful. When we said we needed something quickly and what sizes we were after she knew off the top of her head what super king mattresses were left in clearance and let us try them straight away. She showed us the doubles and which one was best for our little girl. She even got us kitted out with pillows and duvets etc quite quickly. It was such a nice experience. I hardly do these things but I’m filling this out so she hopefully gets some credit! She’s a credit to the store.

The guy who served us in the Doncaster branch was very friendly, when we asked about the electric beds he was there with his knowledge. We told him what we wanted it for and there was loads of recommendations from him and couldn’t disappoint us. Very happy with the product we walked away and fast delivery

The staff were knowledgable and eager to help , Sterling helped me on my initial visit and even went above and beyond in calling me almost 3 months later to let me know the bed i was after was finally back in stock.
