the staff were very friendly, they didn't put pressure on us. they asked us what we were looking for and directed us in the right direction.

Very helpful member of your team in Doncaster looked after us, listened to our wishes and price bracket then showed us a good range of beds. She then went on to find headboards and pillows etc. Sharon had good product knowledge without been overbearing. Excellent customer service.

well i was having a problem online so i rang and was helped through everything by a lady named Amanda she was pleasant and had good knowledge of your products and was very patient with us as the wife changed her mind on a few things but we got there in the end thanks for everything

It was very friendly. We were offered tea and coffee and a juice for our little girl. Staff welcomed us at the door and were helpful without being pushy. They were interested in our needs and knowledgable throughout.

The store was clean and tidy and all staff were very pleasant. I was greeted at the door and offered help with choosing a mattress but I didn’t feel pressured at all. After having a look round by myself Sharon offered to help me choose and was very knowledgeable. Another nice touch was that I was offered a drink while I was there. All in all a very satisfactory visit as I ordered a mattress and got discount under the sale promotion. I would certainly recommend the store to my family and friends.

We were advised well on products as well as given time to view at our leisure without being pressured.
