Friendly and speedy service, nothing was too much. Offered a hot drink. Great prices.

Stirling who looked after us at the Doncaster shop was brilliant. He asked us about our needs, took us to the sleep mattress machine, then took us through loads of options. He was polite, funny and never at any stage mentioned price or anything like that. No pressure, just good old fashioned customer service. We will be back for the lads mattress when we’ve paid this one off. Thank you for being a star Stirling, see you in 2022.

The shop assistant Julie assisted me to the sleep machine to see what mattress is best for me. She gave me a sheet to protect the pillow . She was great. Lovely lady

From the moment we stepped in to your showroom we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Your staff were incredibly helpful and very informative. Emily assisted our purchase and nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave us time when we needed it and was on hand to answer all of our questions with the level of patience only possessed by Mother Teresa herself. We also visited another bed shop not too far away from yours and the review would be a stark contrast to the glowing review that we give to Dreams. We didn’t stay there long before returning to Emily to place our order.
