From the moment we walked in we received a great welcome. The dream team are exactly that, they helped us all the way through the process. There was no pressure to buy but only to buy what is the right fit for us. Never happy when paying money out as I’m from Yorkshire, hence only satisfied with the price. Lol. Thanks to the team you employ.

Just a wonderful place to go and buy a bed the staff are fantastic it was an enjoyable time . This is my second bed for Dreams i won't go anywhere else. Thank you for the fantastic service 👍

The lady who served me was fantastic, she really understood what I was looking for and made sure she found me it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to be honest.

The assistant who served us went out of his way to help my parents. He was friendly efficient and really made you feel welcome into the store. My parents are both in there 80's and he was so patient nothing was to much trouble. It would have been lovely if the delivery date could have been sooner. However, we appreciate things take longer especially in the current situation.

Store clean safe bright and well laid out. The staff were really helpful friendly and knowledgeable but not sales pushy. We were not rushed and given plenty of time to make our decision

We went to Doncaster store, I belive she was called Julie. She was amazing 👏. From start to finish. Even offered us a drink etc. I came away feeling overwhelmed with how helpful they were and they weren't just trying to sell me something for the sake of it. They generally listened to me and my other half. We did the sleep machine n she matched us up to some. They were amazing
