No pressure, we were allowed to look and try and make an informed choice of which product to choose.

Julie, assisted straight away to let us know she was close by should we need any assistance. And if we would like a drink. As soon as we needed a helping hand she was right there for us and quickly explained that if I try the sleep machine then it will guide us to know where to make a start ( I was only shopping for a mattress) once I had finished there she passed me a pillow with a protective sheet for hygiene reasons I assume and off we went to try some mattresses. Julie was very informative about all the mattresses we laid on. It was very clear which one I preferred so she stuck to ones similar. Once I had decided we went over and placed the ordered and was offered a drink again. Julie told me all about the cover I could take out should anything happen to the mattress in the next 5/8 years which I were really happy about so I took the extra cover. The delivery was only 5 days away which were perfect! All in all Julie was extremely helpful and the other members of staff around were also really kind. I would 100% be back here when I need a new bed/mattress.

I came to store completely unaware of what kind of mattress I was looking for or what I wanted really. Sharon who helped me during my visit was amazing and completely patient with me whilst I was going back and forth on what I wanted and changed my mind a few times but she didn’t seem bothered once just very understanding and helped put me at ease with the whole purchasing process.

After entering your store we found the whole experience from start to completion Perfect. The assistant Julie was very welcoming and friendly offering us both a drink,which we found very nice. I told Julie of my needs and she explained about the computerised bed that works out what sort of mattress would suit me best and what was available to me. Julie was amazing showing me the selection never rushing, allowing me time to make a final decision. We could not have been more Delighted thanks to Julie the whole experience was very nice and stress free thanks again.

Lovely staff and very informative about the beds knew that I was on a budget so looked to get me the best price
