Julie was absolutely brilliant at your Doncaster store. She never made us feel pressurised at all. She knew her stuff. Very knowledgable on all the makers and types of mattress that each manufacturer produced, this us why we went back to her.

The lady that served me was very nice, patient and understanding of my needs, would definitely recommend to my friends.

I was satisfied firstly as I wasn’t pushed into buying things fast and I could take my time finding the product I wanted. I also liked how things such as the pillow I used and the beds were covered with paper to keep me safe. I also liked the friendly ness of all the staff even when we weren’t being looked at by them.

Sharon from the Doncaster store was really friendly and knowledgeable. She asked if we wanted help but we wanted to browse first so she went away and let us look and them came back when we need help to measure up products. She took great care of us, looking up delivery dates, measuring up as we have a tight set of stairs and we're worried things won't fit. She recommended we go on the sleep machine to find out the best mattresses and then gave us the results and took us around to try them out. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was efficient, polite and didn't try any pushy sales tactics to make us get the more expensive options. She told us about the deals in store, and we ended up walking away with a great deal and very excited to get out new bed and mattress. The side sleeper pillows she recommended are amazing.
