Very helpful nothing seemed to be a problem friendly

From the moment we walked in the assistant (Sharon) was friendly, not overly attentive but listened to our needs. She talked and guided us through the assessment process (impressive technology) and then took plenty of time to show us the range recommended. She allowed us as much time as we needed to make our minds up and only included the range that was specific to our needs. Clearly there is a mix of quality training to your staff and the natural demeanour of Sharon, subsequently, both were impressive and enhanced our experience.
