The assistant at the Doncaster branch we had to take of our needs was a great asset to the company and extremely helpful, polite and professional.

sales staff on the floor were visible but not intrusive. asked if we needed anything,happy enough when we declined but said "here if you need to ask anything". we were up and down the shop floor as we decided on our purchase-every now and again he would offer a piece of advice to aid us or point out a feature of what we were looking at- and when we finally made our mind up he was available to direct us to where we needed to be. an ideal salesman-non pushy,just there when we needed.

On visiting the store we found the assistant Julie to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
