Very helpful staff

The 2 members that were in store went above and beyond, their helpfulness and they both fully understood what we were after. The Male store worker who served us showed us the Dreams bed selector machine which was fully showed how it worked and we had a go on it. Really made welcomed and a pleasure to walk into a store and not jumped on straight away

We were greeted in the store by Julie who offered us help and set up the dream machine to match us to our ideal bed. Following this she showed us around the recommended products and offered both us and our children a drink. We felt totally safe at all times and well looked after. Julie and the store manager Dave did everything they could to ensure we got the best delivery date and price for the products we wanted. We were really delighted with the customer service we received and are looking forward to delivery of our purchase. I would highly recommended Doncaster Dreams store to anyone and will be sure to return when I purchase my next bed. A big thanks to Julie and Dave!

Stirling was very patient and knowledgeable, not a bit pushy and could answer everything asked. The bed, which tests for mattress type, was a joy and the discount I received unbelievably good. If the delivery and quality of the mattress being received this week is as good, I shall be more than satisfied. I have recommended you to a friend who is planning to visit today, hope she does. The store was lovely and clean and social distancing well observed. I was even offered a bottle of water. Thank you for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Stirling, our sales person in the Doncaster store, was very friendly and and gave us excellent customer service. Stirling was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us good, practicable advice. A few years ago we bought a very good bed from Dreams that raised a person into a sitting position. We bought this bed for my Dad who is sadly no longer with us but the bed was a great help to him. Stirling advised us on that occasion also, so when we decided we needed to purchase a new mattress we had no hesitation but to go back to Dreams.

Everyone was friendly really good service no one hurrying you couldn’t have asked for any better service .
