Good range of products on display. Used the mattress evaluation machine. Given a list of products to suit our needs but wasn’t pushed to the more expensive items

The staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't pounce on you but available when needed. The salesman had a understanding of Fibromyalgia which was helpful. The staff was also fantastic with my son.

First rate service , salesman weren't pushey came when we needed them and very friendly told us what we needed and left us to make up our own minds , after agreeing to purchase paperwork sort and delivery date very satisfactory.

The way I was dealt with. Felt like a really valued customer. The consultant Sharon was so helpful and polite, she even threw in some free pillows. Whole experience was effortless and I’ve already remembered her name as I’d like to purchase another bed from her and the group in the not too distant future. Really Pleasant experience. One happy customer.
