I found shopping for a new mattress a pleasant experience. I was served by JULIE who I may say was very good. She explained the mattress testing machine clearly to me and I must say I didn't feel silly trying it out.She then explained the results to me and walked with me to show me the appropriate mattresses. I was quite undecided on which mattress to choose.I never felt like Julie was hard selling and she stood back and told me just to let her know if I needed any more assistance. 10/10 for sales service..
