Listened carefully to what we had to say and the problems we had encountered and offered lots of advice without being pushy

Staff very helpful. Explained different types of beds. Tested us for right bed we where looking for. Followed covid rules. Offered me a mask when forgot mine in car. Offered drinks and space for me and family to look at beds. Did not chase us round store engaged with us at right time. Offered advice on make up of beds and price options / payments optiond

We were very happy with the service we received. We were in and out in less then 15minutes

We were in for a specific bed, so we pop into the shop for purchase and staff were very welcoming with a proper covid protocols. hospitality and assistance were superb. would visit in the future again for further purchases.

The gentleman who served us was very polite, informative but not pushy. We both have sales backgrounds so this would not have been appreciated. He was patient and happy to give us time to try out the beds once he had recommended the bed machine to narrow down choices. I did feel a bit exposed laying on it in the middle of the showroom but glad we did. We are looking forward to getting out new mattress next friday. It was a shame you didnt have the nicer pillow case protectors because I would have brought them at the same time as the mattress and the protector and new cushions plus guarantee. Very pleased

My visit to the Doncaster Dreams store was very welcoming, the staff there were very friendly and easy to get along with. They stuck well to the social distancing guidelines even during this busy period. The member of staff who helped me find the right bed was called Sharon. Sharon is a very patient, kind and friendly woman, she offered us a warm drink too! I would highly recommend the Doncaster Dreams store to anyone who is looking for the perfect nights sleep!
