The assistant was very helpful and knowledge able of the productsand very aware of our needs .

Extremely helpful staff. Didnt badger us as soon as we walked in they welcomed us and asked of we need assistance then let us browse on our own then came back to us after 5-10 minutes to help us out. Tea and coffee was offered and all beds sanitised after our use.

I was greeted at the door and show all the products in my price range

From entering the store the member of staff was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable but at no point was she in any way pushy. At no point did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase or to purchase a more expensive bed and mattress. We were given the time and space to think about what we wanted and discuss it between ourselves. We were even offered refreshments on 2 occasions.
