There was no high pressure sales pitch we were left to browse until we were ready to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed to try any mattress we liked and despite going back and forth between mattresses we never felt rushed. The manager Dave had a lot of patience and knowledge to help us decide.

Sharon and her colleagues at store were incredible. They were very friendly and made our experience buying a mattress for the first time very enjoyable. They were honest and genuine with all recommendations they made. The costumer service was the best we have ever experienced. They were understanding of our budget and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. We really hope that the team at Doncaster receive recognition for all the hard work and commitment they have to their job. They created a friendly atmosphere which made us feel at complete ease and ensured we received the best products for our budget.
