Went to replace a mattress bought 8 years ago. Staff knew exactly the item I had purchased previously, knew it was no longer available but knew the options available for similar. Staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience and happy with my purchase.

Excellent service. Dreams staff very helpful with Sharron very knowlegable on all products. Cleanliness excellent in these challenging times. Beds cleaned as we moved around the store. Very good experience.

Store Assistant Emily was very knowledgable on the products. She showed us around the matches beds and allowed us to chose with no pressure. The manager was also very helpful.
