I can’t remember the name of the man that helped me (sorry) but he was great. Really knowledgeable, took time to explain the different types of mattress to me and let me come to a decision in my own time. I didn’t feel pressured or harassed, it was great.

Our customer service guy, Stirling, was great. He was welcoming and friendly, had great knowledge and make relevant suggestions. He wasn’t too pushy which is what we like, but gave us good advice and was really fair!

Emily greeted us when we came in, asked if there is anything she could help with, which at this point we were just browsing as I found a mattress in another shop. After looking round even though this mattress was 150 more expensive I felt the best comfort on this one and it was half price to its RRP. Also with the 0% intrest It a great way to improve my credit score for when I'm looking to buy a house. Emily was very attentive and didn't put us under any pressure to buy or anything. She was happy to let us browse without pestering us. We then got her attension and the details she gave including mattress protector deals and the additional pillows I bought was great. She understood I wasn't wanting to pay for expensive pillows and advise me so great pillows for my price range. All the other staff in the shop were very nice and made you feel welcomed too also offering a drink. Emily was fab, great customer service, friendly and attentive.

The product we wanted wasn't in store so we said we would find it on the internet, but they immediately found it for us and ensured we could get it as soon as possible
