No high pressure selling, Very helpful staff, Listened to what we needed and advised us accordingly. had plenty of examples of mattresses on display and different ratings, so able to try out and find the most suitable.

Julie the sales lady was knowledgable and not pushy. sorted out my mattress test straight away. let be bouse in peace but available to answer any questions straight away.
