I was limited for time , was seen to by a lovely lady as soon as I entered the store. She was friendly and helpful and wanted to help me. She offered me to use the test machine that only took 3 minutes, and it confirmed that I required a firm mattress for my comfort. I was shown some options then Dave took some time to come and answer some of my questions. In about 5 mins I found what I wanted , was able to book delivery for within days , and I got a great price for a mattress that I feel was so comfortable on trying it out. I feel the quality and price is impeccable, couldn't be any happier. I've had one of the best experiences from retail staff today from your staff at the dreams store at Doncaster and will be highly recommended the store and your products for their quality and excellent value! One very very happy customer ! Thank you very much .

Helpful, approachable & knowledgeable staff. Good selection of products, no pressure to but but helpful from the offset. Came in looking for 1 mattress, went away with two. Good prices. Store set up to protect staff & customers of Coronavirus, felt completely safe when visiting. Bottled water is a good touch too!

After having a bad experience with another company I thought the staff at Dreams were very helpful, honest & personable. The first mattress they recommended was the one I ended up choosing even after trying several so staff are clearly knowledgeable & the machine reading I had prior to trying mattresses must have been quite accurate.
