I am highly impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff the do not pressure you to purchase they take time to identify your needs I have a chronic pain condition and they were so helpful ensuring I was totally happy with my choice of mattress. I always purchase our beds from Dreams because the staff are always so good and the products they sell are of such high quality I will not go anywhere else gold star from me!

The lady in store and man there was so helpful her name was Sharon I’m not sure on the bloke but both very happy to help and very friendly and really went out there way to help us!! Really kind to my 7 year old son who was getting his first double bed! Couldn’t have been a better experience at all we saved some money too and bought extra memory foam pillows I will certainly in future not go anywhere else for our beds and neither will my mum and will pass on to other people we highly recommend. We have been searching for a specific type of bed for some time but without success. This time we were supported in looking at a range of options and possible compromises to achieve what we are looking for.

We tested which types of mattress would suit us on the machine, Sharon showed us all of the mattresses within our price range, didn't go for a hard sell and informed us well on which mattresses were suitable. We also had a lovely cup of tea

The staff were very welcoming and offered us drinks straight away, they gave lots of advice for our needs and showed us all the mattresses that were on offer. We were also offered a prompt delivery service and we were very happy they they offered to recycle our old bed too. Would highly recommend Dreams and would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you.

Sterling was very knowledgeable, informative and patient with me whilst I made my choice. I used the computer aided machine too which confirmed what he had suggested to me after I had told him what I was looking for.
