After having a bad experience with another company I thought the staff at Dreams were very helpful, honest & personable. The first mattress they recommended was the one I ended up choosing even after trying several so staff are clearly knowledgeable & the machine reading I had prior to trying mattresses must have been quite accurate.

We went in for a new matress as i was suffering with a bad back sharon the sales lady could not do enough for us throughout our visit giving us information on each of the matresses and even sorting us out some new pillows which she recommended as we are both side sleepers felt extremely safe and comfortable and we would definitely go back to this store and recommend them

Very helpful sales assistants,who guided us through the store plan to choose the mattresses we wanted to see.
