Staff were very helpful and not pushy. She gave us our options and let us decide.

Emma the sales advisor introduced herself when we arrived in store, she then gave us space and time to have a look around and came back when she saw we needed assistance, which is what I class as perfect sales and customer service support, (I hate it when sales people are breathing down your neck it puts me off and make me leave the shop!) Emma was very very patient with us as we where very indiciaive and very hard work. But Emma was fantastic eventually helping us find the perfect bed and mattress :)

Stirling, welcomed us immediately on entering the store and we asked him if they had the products in store which we were looking for. He replied that they did and took us straight over, explaining that a locally made alternative was available which was very similar to Hypnos. We then used the "test bed" to measure what mattress would be best for us and after trying several we decided on one. He was very professional, very concise and his knowledge was exceptional. He explained about the warranties, durability and manufacture of the products as well as producing demo material for us to handle. He was never pushy and very affable.
