Emily in the Doncaster store was very friendly and helpful. She was not pushy and provided all the information. I went back to see her 2 days later and purchased 2 mattresses. I would definitely go back again.

The assistant listened to our needs for a new mattress and directed to the most suitable. We were also given the opportunity to participate in the automated mattress finder. We were left to try different mattresses alone but the assistant was on hand should we have any questions
