Myself and my partner visited our local dumfries shop and were served by Robert. We went for a mattress and left with a whole bed bundle, pillows, duvet and mattress topper. Robert was very pleasant to deal with, he wasnt pushy at all and was veey knowledgeable about the products. We ended up purchasing the ex display bed bundle which turned out to be far better value for money

I was very impressed by the help in getting the correct mattress for my needs and the fact I was help in trying out a number of mattress's so I get the right one for my comfort( I was asked to lie on a bed and this machine told me whether I needed a firm or medium one and It recommended a medium firm) My experience was first class and will certainly go back when the needs arrive.

Melissa was friendly and patient. Took time to make sure I understood both the product and the process. My purchase was over 5he phone and I did not need to go into the store. Melissa took time to talk me through the website so that I could see what I was doing/purchasing. I am disabled so this process was important to me.

Really good, informative, and friendly customer service. The girl is very knowledgeable and we feel welcomed into the store anytime. 😊 The store is comfortable and well laid out to spend time in! The service was very quick and efficient, and we are really pleased with how quick the delivery time is.
