Very friendly and helpful advice given during our visit to the store.

We were met at the door by a pleasant young man called Robert. He was very helpful and knew the products very well. He didn't overwhelm us with information rather it was like a chatty conversation. He was relaxed, happy to work with us resulting in a sale but he allowed us to work through our choices offering assistance when we needed clarification. He knew his way round the Dreams computer system and handled the administration effectively and confidently. An extremely good person to have on your team.

The colleague was knowledgable and helpful in guiding me to purchase a new bed and mattress for my new property. Was not rushed which meant I could ask all the awkward questions.

Service first class & really it was just the time we had to wait for delivery (3 weeks).

From first walking through the door we were made welcome and given time and space to make our choice of purchase. Robert was very knowledgeable, and zble to answer all our questions. We were able to feel relaxed trying the products and were given plenty of time.

The guy who dealt with us (forget his name) was extremely professional, excellent at explaining the products on offer, ensured covid restrictions were fully met and made our shopping experience really nice. Very friendly and was genuinely trying to get the product that was best suited to us as opposed to the products that may have been more expensive. Will definitely recommend the store in future.
