We had a good look around the store ourselves, and as soon as there was an available colleague he offered assistance and help. Led us through the process of finding a mattress that's suitable for us...then let us try several of the suggested types. Was offered water as well just an overall pleasant experience.

Was highly satisfied with the young lady’s knowledge and understanding of the whole process.

Both staff members were excellent and knew the products well. Both had good cheer even though they were working till 8pm on the days between xmas and new year. Really lovely people and made it very easy for me to choose what I needed. Dreams should be really pleased they have such good staff members who have such excellent customer service skills.

Had to wait a long time to be served, had travelled a longvway (with a small child) so not able to pop back. Luckily second assistant arrived after some time and he was fabulous! Remembered my husband had been in previously and had his results for me to try within minutes. Once being served by Robert it was very good and he was able to cater to our needs. Only other point is that prices seem high compared to independent stores locally and I would have gone to them if not for the bedframe we wanted and the discounts offered.

It was a pleasant experience and Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful , we came out with a great deal .

The item I was looking for was only available online and it would have been good to have at least one et displayed in store to get an idea of what I was purchasing
