Dreams - Dunfermline

The buying experience was quick and easy. The assistant was competent in knowing my specific needs.

We were served by Ross in the Dunfermline store. He came over to say hi, asked what we were looking for, if we needed a hand and offered us tea/coffee when we arrived. He advised us on the different types of mattresses available and the colour coding system, then left us to browse as we said that's what we wanted to do. We chose a mattress, and he ordered it for us promptly and efficiently. He was very friendly, relaxed and put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the products too which was great. All in all a great shopping experience. If only all shops gave such good customer service! Thanks Ross!

Massively impressed with Ross. He was friendly, knowledgable and made us feel very welcome in the store. You could tell he genuinely cared about our needs and was a rare example of sales and customer service done right.

The in store assistant in your dunfermline branch gave me the nest service I could have wished for he was a gentleman. The store was clean and fresh and welcoming, I also had my daughter with me who is 3 and they were great with her while I was being served. Great all round experience. Well done and keep it up.
