The store representative was attentive e - but not over bearing. Pleasant and well informed. We received excellent attention to our needs.

We found Ross to be very helpful to us. It was nice to find a Salesmen when dealing with the older generation was not trying to force us into a purchase just to get a Sale. This we have encountered in the past with Salesmen/Tradesmen.

Your salesperson Sean was most helpful in assisting me on my choices and what would be most suitable for my needs. I was able to try out the mattresses I was advised would be the most suitable. I have every confidence the advice I was given and my final choice will prove to be successful thanks to the guidance and advice from Sean.

The item that I wanted was available to view in store. The staff member was able to demonstrate a variety of mattresses and explain the differences between them.

We were asked what we were looking for and we were shown to the mattress selector bed. We were given the choice of 5 mattresses and we were shown round them all and given a pillow and were left alone to try the different mattresses without any pressure . We were offered tea or coffee and the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ross was amazing and very friendly. I loved how you could get the proper mattress suited to your needs by lyin in a comfortable bed in th shop and relaxing to find out this information. Normally I would never pay this amount for anything but Ross made sure I knew that my money was well spent
