Dreams - Dunfermline

When i entered the store and was looking about i was approched by team member sean who was very professional and was willing to help and answer any question we had. He ask what we were looking for and done the dreams new bed on us to find out which mattress would suit us best. Sean then took us round the mattress and let us try these and done his best to make sure we felt comfortable. We then found our mattress and decided we would like a bed sean was a great help with this and processed our order very fast and explained everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this store to anyone And it was a pleasure to be served by Sean and his team.

Sean from the dunfermline store was friendly. Took the time to understand my needs in a bed and was helpful. Order arrived without a hitch and the overall experience was fanatic. Top quality service.

My fiance and I were very happy with our visit to dreams today. We have never bought our own bed before and Sean made the process really easy and we never felt any pressure to buy anything. He welcomed us to the store and told us that if we need any help just to ask. We then asked to see the new technology that would show us what kind of bed would suit us. He then showed us what our results were... safe to say we’ll be having sweet dreams when our new bed arrives!

Colleague was very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more in terms of customer service. Very happy overall.

We'd seen a bed online but came in to check it out. Looked better in store than on the Web :-). Sean was very helpful, especially with tracking down the right mattress to go with it, and placing the order was nice and easy. Sean was so helpful in the ordering process that we even went for the additional mattress covers (policy and product!).

Sean was very friendly and approached. I knew what I thought I wanted and left the shop feeling happy with what I did get.

We knew exactly the style and size of bed required and the staff member showed us exactly what they had in store, we were very happy with the quality of the bed compared to 2 previous other competitors we had visited. Within 30 minutes we had chosen and paid for our bed and were over the moon with the service

We had visited two of the shops, the one at Livingston and finally the one in our home town of Dunfermline. It was within this outlet we placed the order for our new bed frame. The sales assistant explained the shop layout when we entered and then gave us time to have a look. We were in the position of knowing what we were going to be looking at. The assistant did however have to deal with another customer, which we appreciate so we waited until she was free to finalise our order as we found her to be very helpful, friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
