Upon entering the store we were given a friendly welcome and assistance offered when needed, the different colour codes for different styles were also quickly pointed which was excellent idea and saved time looking at wrong products for our needs. Our salesman Sean was an excellent help, refreshments were also offered and his product knowledge was a great help in us picking the correct bed and base. All offers where pointed out and delivery date was also excellent

Good personal service which is unusual in most other stores

We managed to order the item we wanted.

The salesman was relaxed,knowledgeable and had a sense of humour. He wasn’t to pushy or overbearing but could see when we needed assistance.
