Everything went very smoothly. I had an idea of what I wanted and was able to have a look at a big selection of mattresses. The sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly so I knew what to expect. I've just taken delivery of my new mattresses and it's all been very efficient.

Your representative was extremely helpful. He listened carefully to my requirements and let me see several options that I could choose from. He was obviously very knowledgeable and explained the options very clearly allowing me make an informed decision.

I got a double bed a few weeks ago and the service was first class. I now need a single bed and mattress so I ordered it on Friday and I was in and out again in just a few minutes getting exactly what I wanted. So pleased with the service and it does not stop there I got an email thanking me for my order they were confirming my delivery and the nice thing about dreams they keep in contact up until the items are delivered and if the bed has been put in correct place well done dreams team and thank you.
