The assistant Keith was both friendly and knowlegible. He listened to our needs and introduced us to possible solutions. The store ambience was very relaxing and ample time was given to us to make a choice

Our salesman Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to our needs.

Staff were knowledgeable and provided very helpful advise without being pushy.

The salesman was very efficient

The sales personnel gave us advice as I have a back problem, he listened to me, advised what type of slatted bed would be suitable for me including amazing pillows. He helps us and advised us again on duvet and sheets. I enjoyed our visit to the store making it relaxing and enjoyable, may I add Sean makes a amazing cup of coffee.

It was not a 'High Pressure' salesman and one was given plenty of time to consider the products.

Customer service was great. Dreams Colleague's explained everything very clearly and honestly. Thanks to this the choice was simpler and more convenient. additionally, he was able to help and answer every question asked. I would like every store to be as nice, professional service as in dreams.
