Sales adviser went above and beyond to help us make a decision. Quality of goods are great.

The staff were friendly and directed me towards a suitable range of products for my budget and preference. They answered all the queries that I had and did not try and upsell me on my selection. I felt happy with the mattress I found and the service I got.

Keith, Store Manager, was extremely knowledgable about the products and steered me through the detail of each mattress I tried. He answered all my questions in detail which gave me all the information I required to make an assessment of the mattress I chose. It was a large purchase and he understood I required as much information to make up my mind. He was extremely patient and totally understanding.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful and very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for which helped me make my mind up and purchase purchase the products

We visited the Dunfermline store and dealt with Mark how was very helpful and we got when we wanted and saved a lot. Delivery time was great came with in the week.

I had visited the store beforehand so knew what I was looking for. This time I visited with my husband. We were approached quickly by an assistant who was able to tell us most of what we needed to know, and quickly found out other details when asked. He was friendly but not pushy, and allowed us plenty of time to make our decision. When we decided to buy, the process was straightforward. I had hoped for a faster delivery, but that is the only negative factor.

The assistant, Mark, made the entire experience very pleasurable. I spent a £1161.40 on a bed frame and two mattresses and he could not have been more helpful, friendly and above all professional.
