Staff member listened to what we wanted without putting any pressure on us to hurry up or buy something more expensive. We could try out as many matresees as we needed to before making a decision.

Fantastic customer service got to know us as people and what we were after. We’re not pushy like some sales people got us the best deal to suit our needs. Keith went through the best option for us and recommended the best bed for us. He took the time to chat to me and my husband and made us feel relaxed and welcome. Karen was very friendly and welcoming on first appearance and assisted throughout testing beds. Had no idea she was new as she was a natural to the job.

Keren was really helpful and friendly. She had a really great knowledge of all the products and seemed to instinctively know what we were looking for. She offered us tea and coffee and was very attentive. She made our mattress shopping very easy and stress free. Lots of thanks to Keren!
