Was given advice and recommended mattresses which was very helpful. Mark was friendly and very informative. The order was placed quickly and was able to get a delivery date to suit. He also arranged for uplift of old mattress and for delivery men to put recycling bag on mattress . All in all a very good experience.

The assistant was informative, polite and extremely helpful even though the store was obviously undergoing a make-over, she spent time and effort to ensure I had the information on the products I was viewing to enable me to make an informed and financially viable selection.

The beds that I wanted to view in-store from online were available. Mark the advisor was brilliant, he was approachable and new the products very well. The offers in store were a great deal too.

I was made very welcome and had the opportunity to have a look before being asked if I was needing any assistance. Everything was explained in a good quality and thorough manner, I couldn’t fault any aspect of my visit to Dreams. Therefore I would highly recommend.

I was not intending on buying a new bed when I visited the store. I as merely browsing to pass the time while my car got fixed at the garage around the corner. The staff were friendly and available without being intrusive while I was doing this. While I was browsing I happened to see a bed that liked, and returned to the store after picking up my car to ask a couple of questions, which is what lead to the sale.

Mark was very helpful and his knowledge was brilliant. He understood exactly what he was talking about with regards to mattresses (and what might help a sore back!) He explained it all really well and helped us find a mattress that was both comfortable and cooling. He was also very friendly and patient with our kids, who were fairly bored being in a bed shop! He and Susan provided balloons for the kids and talked to them while we were trying out the beds and trying to make our minds up!
