Mark spent considerable time with us explaining all our options and wanted to make sure that we left the bed that was best for us.

We were looked after very well and the product was explained in detail.

I thought that the in store attendance was excellent, the only issue I had was value for money.

my wife and I have visited this store before and always found the service and the friendliness of the staff and the goods we were searching for.The store itself is situated in a perfect area for us and KEITH the store assistant was most helpful in explaining to us if we had any problems or require any more information to phone the number he gave us

Lovely bright and clean store. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Not pushy for a sale. Free to try out various beds. I was given a coffee too! Quality products at reasonable prices. We would shop again. Highly recommended. Five stars.

The assistant was very good on product knowledge but was very good at not hanging around when you needed to test the bed. A good sales person indeed.

Assistant gave full information on all types of beds and mattresses making sure it was easily understood
