Dreams - Dunfermline

Welcomed to store as walked in, but did not feel bombarded to purchase. Assistant- Sean the assistant, was informed and friendly and not too pushy, which would have put me off. He seemed to know the shop stock well and answered my questions appropriately. He compared different mattresses and allowed us time to browse. He offered us tea/coffee while we thought about a purchase, which we declined as not necessary, nice to be offered though.

I was Highly Satisfied with my recent visit to Dreams Dunfermline. From the minute i walked in the staff( Mark) was very helpful. I knew exactly what i wanted as i had been looking on your online site before i went to the shop. He helped me get the bed and mattress that i wanted at a price i could afford.This was my 2nd trip to Dreams as i previously purchased bedroom furniture and was really pleased with it.I would highly recommend Family and Friends to shop with youselves.

Sean who assisted us was friendly and had an extensive knowledge of the products. He really took time to ensure he understood what we were looking for. He also gave us space to discuss and decide which product we would choose with absolutely no pressure.

I experienced a knowledgeable assistant who wasn't too pushy and gave me good advice.

The salesman was very good the beds were for my kids who were with me at the time he had them trying all the mattress so they could get a fell on how they would be when they were on them the hard ones the soft ones they pick a medium/hard mattress

Salesman was very helpful and even offered us a cup of coffee. Explained about different types of bed and insurance products.

Right from our entering the store, Mark was ready to greet us, and quickly showed how you rated and displayed the beds/mattresses, we informed him that we were requiring a replacement mattress, initially for a spare room but when Mark gave a show of your range of stock, we were delighted with the Flaxby range and decided to buy a replacement mattress for our own bedroom. Mark provided us with a quote explaining your interest free offer and other benefits such as uplifting of our old mattress, and the benefits of taking out the insurance cover, which we did accept. He also let us use some of your range of pillows which we also bought. We were offered different delivery dates and selected one that suited us best. It was a very good experience and we look forward to the delivery of the mattress

Mark was knowledgeable, didn't pressure us at all, kept a distance but was there to assist with questions when asked. Nice sales manner.
