I had already completed research prior to going to the store and Sean was able to advise my wife and I on the mattress that best suited our needs. He understood our requirements and was able to advise us about the variety of products available. Additionally Sean was able to concur and support the queries that we had. Sean did not pressure us, he offered us tea/coffee and gave us space and time to discuss our choices and come to a decision, but Sean was on hand when we had a question. Had checked on line and new what we were looking for but prefer to visit the show room and were more than delighted with the result. Your assistant was very friendly, offered us a hot drink and allowed us to peruse the other mattresses whilst he quickly attended to the drinks. He was knowledgeable about his stock and very helpful regarding delivery and dealing with the resultant paper work. the sales man Sean looked after us well and explained the differance between the the different types of mattresses after we explained what we where looking for he suggested a few beds that would suit our needs then he sort of took a step back and let us try out the beds and didnt feel eny pressure to buy **********

The assistant was very pleasant. The store looked especially clean. Plenty of mattresses to try. Impressed with the price. Good idea to be able to test the mattress at home to see if it suits. Free delivery.
