The layout of the store was open and inviting and I found the assistant greeted us but gave us time to look about before coming over and offering assistance. He was very helpful and directed us to products tailored specifically to our needs. There was no pressure and he was very friendly and helpful throughout. It was a very easy and hassle free shopping trip and we got the bed we were looking for. No negative issues whatsoever.
