The sales assistant was not in the least pushy. He gave us info then left us to browse. When we went in it was freezing outside and snowing and the sales assistant welcomed us in and even offered us tea or coffee to warm us up. Left that day without buying our mattress but went back next day and made sure the nice chap got the sale.

The salesman, was very helpful and even offered us a cup of tea and a pillow. He had a lot of experience and he didn't come across in a pushy manner which for me is the best way to sell a product. We ended up getting a better mattress for a good price Thanks to the assistant. He was with us from start to finish in the process.
