The assistant Susan was very helpful and informative, and without being pushy, giving time for us to browse and make a decision. The mattress we chose was within our budget due to being more than 50% off, and deliver within just a few days. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Customer service was excellent. Knowledge of product was very good. Only fault was IT problem and transaction could not be completed within the shop. Manager brought paper work to my house latter in the evening was told in shop that something would be provided for inconvenience. This did not happen.

We were welcomed offered coffee and given detailed information about the different types of mattress then left to explore with periodic contact to see if we were satisfied. We were then shown the difference between the two options we had narrowed or choice down to and felt confident that we had made the correct choice for us. At no time were we subjected to obvious sales push.

The salesman Mark was very helpful and listened to my requirements.He didn't try to push extras on me, but explained the benefits of them. He had a lovely manner. His female colleague made me a hot drink during my purchase, for which I was grateful!

We spent a long time, over 2 hours looking and choosing what we would eventually buy. Sean, Keith and the team were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We were both made a lovely cup of coffee, which was a nice touch.
