Keith looked after us was very knowledge in the products and honest as well with us which I liked a lot will be back in dreams store soon.

Bright store, well stocked, well organised with enthusiastic and well informed staff willing to take time at a customer's pace.

Staff were very knowledgeble and informative on all questions asked about products we were interested in. We were not presurised or harrassed to buy anything very impressed

I found the staff very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for didn't pressure me into anything or feel I was obligated on anyway was a pleasure doing business and look forward to speaking with yous in the near future do feel the delivery should not be as long as 3 weeks that's no good when on a floor sleeping and trying get good night's sleep for work etc can nothing be done in regards to delivery time please thank you

The sales assistant Laura and her male counterpart were both extremely helpful without being pushy. They both assisted us with their knowledge of the products we were looking at and were able to advise us, which we found very helpful. The way they both conducted themselves was a credit to Dreams, who we would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Thank you both for your assistance and good humour it was very much appreciated.

I felt the chap Mark, was very friendly and helpful. He briefly explained how it worked at rh store. Made me aware he was available should I require assistance. He checked with me a couple of Times to make sure I was ok. I was happy to sit down and place the order with him. Being a car salesman, I liked his approach.
