The sales team were very good at helping select a bed and pillows. Price was reasonable. I was pleased with the afercare that i will recieve at disposing of my old bed. Staff carried my purchase of pillows to my car.

The salesperson (Sean) was prepared to spend time to explain products but, importantly, was prepared to leave us alone to decide between ourselves without being pushy. We did spend 2 hours in the store and he even contacted the car park controllers so that we would not be fined for overstaying our 2 hours.

My husband phoned the shop to check if they had the bed chair and footstool on display, the gentleman took time to explain to my husband all about tje item and Stated thry did have one on display and they were willing to sell the shop model ig it was suitable. He then explained the opening times of the store and we said we Would be there as soon as possible. When we entered the store he introduced himself and showed us the chair etc., he also took the time to show us how it worked And let me and my husband try it out. He offered us the shop floor model at a discount on top of the sale price or he also offered to order a new one at the sale price, Whichever we preferred. We asked if we could take the store model away with us and he said that was not a problem. He then wrapped them both up for us and while I was paying for the purchase he explained about the guarantees etc. At no point was I pressurised, we had plenty of time to look at the items, he was courteous and knowledgeable and put us at ease.

The colleague was very friendly, patient and helpful.

I did not have knowledge of what I was looking for but the staff were very helpful and told me all about each mattress and the colour codes. I was asked to try each and then took it from there. Nothing was too much trouble and time spent with no feel of hurrying up or rushing me.

My visit to dunfermline store was great all staff were very polite and I cannot envisize enough that t hey were not pushy to make sale. Myself and my daughter was made to feel comfortable and listened to. Helped with my measurement s.
