Dreams - Dunfermline

We walked in and the assistant immediately came to us and asked what kind of bed we were looking for and as we weren't sure he showed us the test beds so we could see what kind of textures we liked. Dreams has a very good and hygienic idea of using test pillows as well for the beds, that way the beds are always clean for testing. The assistant told us everything we needed to know about the sale they had on and delivery service too. The paper work was simple and easy and left the store as a very happy customer. I got what I wanted after buying a much needed respectable priced bed. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Sean offered us a drink and explained the process of trying out each type of mattress. We were not rushed at any point and were given both professional and personal opinion on what would suit our needs best

I went in to brows your selection of beds, with no intent on buying one, however after a look around your store, I found the most wonderful looking bed frame. I knew I had to have it, and of course I needed a new mattress to go with it. That's when I met your manager, who was extreamly helpful, full of knowledge about the product and directed me to the perfect mattress for my requirements. Not only was he very knowledgeable, his customer service skills were above and beyond, very personable chap! Very impressed with all aspects of your Dunfermline store.

The agent gave me all the information I needed and wasn't too pushy, gave me the breakdown of costs and time to go away and think about it, so made sure it was the same person I spoke to when I went back to purchase

Knew pretty much what we wanted when we went in, tried out a few others to make sure our decision was right. Assistant suggested trying some tempur pillows, these were fantastic. Settled on our choice and ordered our mattress and the pillows. Smooth process and hassle free.

The colleague was knowledgeable and friendly, even offered us a cup of tea!

Having complex disabilities , the gentleman who served us , opened the door straight away to allow access. He listened to my needs and recommend a variety of beds. Also offering assistance if I needed it. He was polite , courteous and helped us find the right bed. My husband and I had visited different stores and this was by far the best shopping experience.
