Dreams - Dunfermline

The store was well appointed with a wide range of beds and mattresses with good quality information about the mattresses. I liked the idea of the sleep station where testing a bed is more private. What really impressed me was the availability of testing and feeling items such a pillows and duvets.

High quality products for all needs. Variety of choices. I had the chance to try several products inside the shop until I decided what to buy. Nice friendly shop assistant trying to understand our needs and sell the right product.

I was able to find the item I wanted to purchase, the price was competitive, ordering prompt and efficient and staff helpful and friendly.

I went in shop. Got assistance quickly and I told lady hat I wanted and she showed me the product and I bought it.

Everything was exactly what we were looking for and our order was placed quickly and efficiently.

I was greeted by Kevin as I entered the store and I told him I was looking for a new mattress. He explained the colours to me but as I had already been looking at the Tempur range we went straight over to them. He let me try each one and offered me a drink as I tried them. He gave me the Tempur pillow to use as well. I picked the Cloud 30 (and the pillows) as it was incredibly comfortable. I now can't wait to have it delivered.

My partner and I upon arrival were net with a very friendly chap called sean who offered us tea and coffee and helped us find the right bed for our needs and he could not have been more helpful, he went above and beyond all expectations and the only thing he did not do was buy the bed for us so the payment still falls on my shoulders.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the IT difficulties that they were experiencing. Kevin was particularly helpful, he was dealing with me, a very polite guy. Only reason why I may not return to the store is that the branch in in Scotland, and I love in Essex!
