Quick,friendly knowledgeable staff member. Found actual bed I'd seen on line so able to try out. Good advice given on choices. No sales pitch.

The staff were excellent and a credit to your team at dreams. They had a lovely manner and weren't pushy in any way. Customer service was excellent. We were even offered tea/coffee twice. I surprised myself in leaving with a discontinued sale divan and mattress which was a super king as opposed to the king size i had in mind. It was simply too good a deal to turn up and the mattress......out of this world!! Can only describe it like lying in the clouds!

The manager was friendly knowledgeable and not pushy. He offered me a cuppa. Which I refused as I was omw to Costa. He listened to my needs and I bought the bed he recommended. He asked about my sleeping habits and even offered me a pillow as I'm a side sleeper. I got the best bed for my budget as I've just lost my job through I'll health. He was respectful of my needs and budget.

Your salesperson Sean was extremely helpful and gave me lots of good advice. He was prepared to spend as much time as was needed to answer all my questions, even although he was the only sales person in the store. He also gave me space (and a special pillow!) and time to try out as many beds as I wanted and I did not feel rushed in any way. Excellent service all round.

We were treated very well by the man in the Dunfermline store. He even made me a cup of tea. Excellent service. Will definitely use again.
